How did you pay originally? Did you pay upfront in February using credit/debit card? Or did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If the latter method, has your refund been delayed at the IRS?
And in regard to the new charge of $132 was that debited out of your bank account? If you chose to pay your product fees out of the Federal refund, and if your refund has been delayed at the IRS more than usual, then TurboTax will want to collect its fees, so it would go ahead and debit your account. If that's the case, then you should have gotten emails to pay the fees, or they would be auto-debited. Is that what happened? If you chose that "pay out of Federal refund" method, see this FAQ:
