If I am signed into QT as Admin, why can't I change an employees email address? It has been updated in QB

What is QT?

Youa re posting on TurboTax. QT is a different tax company.

You might have better luck posting this on the QuickBooks board.

For what it's worth, you might have to make those changes in QuickBooks, and then re-import the updated QB file into the tax program.
