What do you mean reporting?  A spouse is never a dependent.  You should be filing a Joint return together.  Joint is one return combined for the both of you.  No she doesn’t file her own return.  Add her income to the Joint return.

If you are filing a married filing jointly return, no, she would not file a return on her own.
