If CD was downloaded on computer A and now I want to download to PC B, can that be done? Due to computer A is not working now.

Did you install it from the CD or did you use the download method?  If you downloaded it from online you can download it again to another computer.

If you used the CD the first time.......

Even though you can install it 5 times, it seems you can only use the CD 1 time unless you install it on another computer using the other operating system like Mac. And if you installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online. You can't do both CD and download. See the info on this FAQ

A CD is a physical disk and not downloaded to a computer.  A CD is placed in the CD/DVD drive of the computer and installed from the CD.

A software Download is received using the internet from the TurboTax website directly to and installed on your computer.

If you downloaded the TurboTax software on computer A, then you can download the same software to computer B from the TurboTax website.
