My job spelled my name wrong for the first few months of me being hired. I had them fix it and now I have two W-2 forms. Do I file both or just my correctly spelled one?

If box 1 wages are the same on each, then you will only use the one.
If box 1 wages are different, and they are reporting the amounts separately from before and after they fixed your name, you will need to enter both of them.
