If a IRS Form 8879, IRS efile Signature Authorization, was used by a 3rd party preparer, who has POA filed my 2019 return, how that effect IRS accepting 2020 tax return?

It has been rejected once saying that either the AGI is incorrect OR the PIN does not match.
