Sorry but that is not a service offered by TurboTax unless you prepared your return using TurboTax Live, which is on online product.

Did you use "Live?"

Unless you used one of the TurboTax online Live editions for your 2018 tax return, then that type of review is not available from TurboTax. You would have to seek a local paid tax professional for that service.
