On 4/13 I spoke with an agent - he gave me incorrect information - what can I do?

I was having a problem with filing my tax return with e-file and I called for help. The first person I spoke to found the problem and corrected it but later when I went to check it out, the error still appeared. I called back and spoke with someone else who ended up deleting Form 8949 from my return and that did not solve the problem. He then put me on with a CPA who did indeed figure it out. I e-filed my return and then received a notice that I had to file Form 8453 and attach 8949 and that this had to be mailed.
I am very upset because the agent deleted a form that I needed and now I have to mail it in. What can I do?
