Why was I charged $38.31 AND $38.35 for using the delux edition?

According to my bank, I was double charged for using the delux edition. Why?

I would go back and look at your invoice that turbo tax would have emailed you. When using the deluxe version,  you are charged for filing Federal and State, however it should have been taking out of your bank account as a lump sum.
