I worked part of the year in NC, the other part in Tx. Should I receive two W2 forms or one?

I received one W2 and it states NC on the form but not TX. When I called to receive a copy of the form for TX they told me to log into MyTaxForm, when doing so, they also only show NC. Does this mean it is all in the same form? (Worked for Dardens Restaurants in both states)

Yes, if it is the same employer, all of your wages will be on the same W-2.  There is no income tax in Texas, so it is normal that that state is not listed.  You will only see tax withheld for NC, not Texas.
