If you're a US citizen, moving abroad does not automatically make this year's return your final return.

If you are a US citizen living abroad, you generally must still file a US tax return every year.  See this link:

If you are a US citizen, but you plan to relinquish your US citizenship, after doing so you must file Form 8854 with the IRS. See this link:

Ensure anyone who will be issuing you tax forms (W-2s, 1099's, etc) has your mailing address.
If you will be using TurboTax and paying anything online, the credit card you use MUST be in US funds and MUST have a US billing address.
If you will be due a tax refund, the IRS will not mail the refund check to a foreign address, and they will not do an ACH transfer/deposit to a non-US bank account. So keep at least one US based bank account open just in case.

If state taxes are involved, you will need to check with your state's department of revenue on their payment/refund policies, as they may not be the same as the IRS.

In the event that you are NOT a US citizen, I think you need to file a statement with your last tax return.
