Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

 

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

I went to the IRS2Go website and it keeps saying that my information is not right

I am having this issue now it keeps telling me my info is wrong or not right or asking me if I am sure? 

 

A week ago it showed them as being received?

 

I have called the number and it says it cant give me any info...

 

I havent gotten any emails or anything..

Unfortunately we have been hearing from our customers that the IRS2go website and app is taking longer than expected to provide return status information.  It can take over a week to update.  As soon as the IRS updates us on the status of your return, we will automatically forward that information to you via email.  Please continue looking on the website or the app on a daily basis.
