No, income from a 1099-Misc cannot be reported on a 1040EZ or a 1040A.

The 1099-MISC should be reported on IRS Form 1040 and would require using TurboTax Deluxe or higher depending on the type of income reported.

If you worked as an independent contractor and have expenses to claim against your income, you will want to also complete the Schedule C - Profit or Loss from Business form, which also requires filing form 1040. The TurboTax Self-Employed program will support this scenario.

Tax Forms included with each program can be found here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/deluxe.jsp
