I was divorced in 2023. When I start using Turbo Tax to file my return, should I bring 2022 data forward or start fresh with new personal information?

If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year.  You can not remove a spouse or switch the order of names.

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

A. If you were listed first (the "taxpayer" , not the "spouse") on the 2022 return, you can transfer the data,  Then just delete the spouse (this will automatically when you say you're not filing jointly this year). .  If you were listed 2nd, then you have start fresh.
