I was divorced in 2016. My ex and I filed jointly last year, but this year are filing separately. She has claimed the State return as income. How do I report this?

My ex claimed the State refund as income.  Do I need to show anything that shows she has done so or do I just leave that block blank as income on my return?

You each need to show half.  So she did hers wrong.  Did you itemize deductions on the Joint return?  If you took the Standard Deduction you don't even need to enter it and it is not taxable.
