You appear to be using Online Deluxe (at least that is what is underneath your question above), which is $60 for a Federal return and $50 for a state return. If you chose to pay those fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)
Did you happen to purchase desktop software (CD/download), but then used Online Deluxe by mistake instead of using your installed software?
Or if you're using desktop software, are you referring to the 24.99 state efile fee?
I am using the TurboTax Deluxe desktop software. I purchased the Audit Defense for $45 when I filed my 2021 individual federal tax return. But I have been charged $45 twice. Why?

Did you pay for Audit Defense upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay your product fees out of your Federal refund?
If you paid by credit/debit card, are there 2 charges of $45 showing up in your card account?
Are you a California filer? Or are you in a non-California state?
Did you file a state return?
Deluxe comes in 2 versions--one that is a Combo Federal and State version, and one that is Federal-only. Which version do you have? If your Deluxe is the Federal-only version, and if you added a state to it, there is a $45 fee for adding the state software to it.
Or do you have the Deluxe combo Federal and State version and were charged $45 for the included state software anyway by mistake?
In the desktop software there is a $25 fee to efile a state return. There is no state efile fee for New York state, and no fee to print and mail a state return.

I only remember buying the Audit Defense once and only wanted it for my federal return. Both charges were made on my credit card. Would you refund one of the charges?

This is mainly a user community forum. Nothing account-specific can be handled here, but we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support for assistance with your issue. I don't know why you are seeing two charges, but the Support folks should be able to figure it out in a realtime conversation.
Support hours are currently 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week. This is likely their busiest weekend of the year, so there may be a long time waiting on the phone.
If you get a prompt to state your issue, just say billing issue to hopefully get to the right department.
