You cannot upgrade your TurboTax Desktop Home & Business to the Business Software.  It is a separate program that prepares Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 1041s.  If you need to prepare one of these returns, you will need to purchase TurboTax Business.  For more information, or to order a CD or Download see:

And you can not transfer or import a personal return from Home & Business program into the Business program.
