I want to make sure I’m filing the correct way for the income that I received cleaning I will not get a 1099 form it’s income I received straight cash ?

Yes, it appears you on using the TurboTax Self Employed version.  You will enter your income and expenses on a Schedule C and you can enter this information without Form1099 by following the instructions below -

• Log into your account and click Take Me To My Return (you must click this before searching if you are not already in your account)
• Type “Schedule C" in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass
• Click the "jump to schedule c" link in the search results.
• You will arrive at the Your Business summary page where you can add a business (i.e. Cleaning)
• Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your business income and expenses
• You will enter your cash or other income received as additional income
• Afterwards, you can enter any expenses you had to produce this income
