I want to know if I was charged underpayment penalities, where can I find this information?

that would be on line 79 of the 1040.

Click on Federal Taxes

Click on Other Tax Situations (along the top)

Scroll down to "Additional Tax Payments"

"Underpayments Penalties"

Start or Revisit

The screen will let you know if a penalty has been applied.
