Turbo Tax has a great FAQ on how and where you will enter your information in the program to import your Ameriprise information: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3389470
The import instructions in Turbo tax say to INCLUDE SPACES when entering the package ID number. They are Wrong. DO NOT ENTER ANY SPACES AND EVERYTHING WORKS.
I am just trying to link my Ameriprise account to my Mint account and it has never worked. Super annoying.
In order to import, you must use the same user ID and password for both your Mint and TurboTax accounts.
If you already have a TurboTax account but with a different user ID and password, you won't be able to use the import feature at this time. However, you can still import tax documents directly from your financial institutions.

How do Mint and TurboTax work together when importing?
@kls8479
I am only trying to get my Ameriprise data to import into Mint. I am using the correct user ID and password. It is not working. It has never worked since I initially started trying to implement it.
If you are only trying to import information on your Mint account, please reach out to Mint Support here: Intuit Mint Help so that one of our Mint representatives can help you get your financial data imported.
Is there also a way to upload data from a Turbotax Partner like Ameriprise from the Windows PC version? I don't see the login option.
Thanks
@IRS1985 What do you want to do? Upload to where? Into Turbo Tax?
