I want to file my Oregon state return by mail as we own no taxes. The printed state return has no place for signature.

I am mailing my Oregon State return. The printed copy has no place for a signature. The instruction sheet states that I filed electronically--I didn't file the Oregon State return electronically as we own no Oregon taxes. Please advise
