I want to clear all data from my return and start over. I'm supposed to open return and choose Tax Tools from left menu BUT there is no menu. Help please!

It sounds like you may be using TurboTax Desktop Software rather than TurboTax Online which has Tax Tools in the left panel. If that is the case, you can start over by creating a new return. To do so, click the FILE tab at the top left of your screen and then choose New Tax Return.
