Please clarify your question.

Unfortunately, we can't see your tax return to to evaluate your problem.   I'll have to ask you a couple of questions.

 

I'm sorry your having trouble, but what do you mean by "the captcha is blocked".

I've reached to last step in my filing but cannot submit because the captcha is blocked

For some reason, TurboTax sizes the web window that pops up larger than the current screen size your computer is set to.  When this happens, you cannot see parts of the window that you need to interact with.  A quick workaround is to resize your computers display settings.  To do this, minimize all applications that are open.  Then right click on your computers desktop screen and select Display Settings.  Once there, you can adjust the "Scale" of the screen size that your computer is set to.  You may have to try a couple of different settings before you find one that works.  Good luck!
