I've addressed an AGI problem three times with the only information I have and all have been rejected. How do I find out what the problem is so it can be fixed?

My 2019taxes were rejected because of an AGI problem but they accepted my payment so I assumed it was fixed.  Nope, now my 2020 taxes are being rejected.  If only the IRS and I have access to this information, how do I find out what the problem is so it can be addressed?
