I used new account to file tax and after I made a payment, I got an message saying that I should file tax with older account and I used old account.How will I get refund?

I have 2 accounts with TurboTax so I used new account to file tax and I made a payment, I got an message saying that I should file tax with older account and I used old account. Now I have paid at both the places. How will I get my refund of $70 that was charged for new account?

Weird.  You probably got an email to fill out the old account?  Turbo Tax didn't know you started a new account and didn't want you to forget to file.  I have several accounts to test in and get emails on them to file.
