I used an incorrect W2 from 2017 instead of the correct year 2018 and it was filed, how do I correct it?

First you have to wait for the original return to be processed and you get your refund.

Then approx mid February, you can file an Amended return for 2018 and delete the incorrect W-2 and add the correct one.

If you get extremely lucky, IRS will reject the return in the processing and them it can be corrected and re-filed.
