No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

I used a credit card to pay for the fees, however I was charged twice. How can I get this resolved?

I was able to find a "request a refund" screen and was able to file a request for an overcharge there. Try searching "billing" or "refund."
