I transferred stocks from a joint brokerage account with my wife into a partnership account. Do I report the transfer as a cash or property contribution?

If you transferred ownership of the stock to the partnership, the transfer would be considered a contribution of property. But if you sold the stock and transferred cash, then it would be a cash contribution.

If you transferred ownership of the stock to the partnership, the transfer would be considered a contribution of property. But if you sold the stock and transferred cash, then it would be a cash contribution.
