I told the Mac app that I was going to efile but efile isn't working. How can I switch to paper/mail?

I am filling out the Kansas return. The software keeps telling me over and over that I need to enter an appraised value for my home, but it won't take it. I've already paid the efile fee, and I think I paid it TWICE because it asked me a 2nd time and I got two notices from my credit card.

1) How can i switch from e-file to mail/paper filing?

2) How can I get the e-file fee refunded?

1. Go to the FILE section and select to mail.

2. You can contact support.

Be sure you are entering the appraised value and not the assessment value.
