You cannot prepare a 2020 tax return with an online version of TurboTax.

You will have to use a desktop version for the 2020 tax year.

When you say "the taxes for 2021 that I filled..."    what EXACTLY do you mean?   Did you use the online program and enter income information for 2020 instead of entering information for 2021?   Did you actually file the return by e-filing it or mailing it?  What did you do with the return that you prepared?

The current online software is only for a 2021 return---no other year.  So if you entered 2020 information you made a big mistake.   We need to know what you did in order to advise you.   Did you e-file?   Was it accepted?   Rejected?
