Are you referring to product fees, and did you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, which has been delayed?   And are they notifying you that they plan to debit your bank account?    Did you previously ask them for a deferment?   Talk to them again to see what you can work out.

 

There is a phone number in the FAQ below that you can call.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days.

 

If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible.  Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.

The first paragraph there says:

If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.

I filed an easy extention recently  At the end was the Turbo tax fee of 120$        I do not have a credit card. 

 

Can you take the money out of my checking Account

This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.    You should not post any personal info in this public forum.   Luckily, it looks like the forum privacy filter has removed your phone number for your safety.   Otherwise, no telling who could have phoned it and tried to scam you.    There's also a huge blank space in your comment above.  I don't know what the deal was with that.

 

I'm a fellow user and not familiar with the TurboTax Online extension request mechanism, so I may not be able to help you much.   I assume you are asking in regards to TurboTax product fees and not a tax payment.   I'll provide this FAQ below that shows you the various forms of payment that TurboTax takes for its product fees.   If you don't have a credit card, it's possible to use a debit card or a prepaid debit card, or the pay-out-of-refund option (if applicable).   It should take a debit card even if it says "credit card".
