I started my refund online (Deluxe) and then purchased the TurboTax Deluxe CD from Costco. Now that I'm using the Costco download, I am seeing less returns. Why is this?

It is difficult to determine without reviewing your tax return(s). However, if you still have the TurboTax Online version saved, you may compare Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ for each version to help determine differences.

To preview Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ, please review the following instructions:

TurboTax CD/Download - Forms Mode Mac (Forms Mode Windows)

Furthermore, if you still have the TurboTax Online version saved, you could save the .tax data file and open it using TurboTax CD/Download so you could work on the original version: How do I switch from TurboTax Online to the TurboTax software?
