I just had the same experience. I am very upset and don't trust Turbo Tax anymore. I signed up for the Deluxe and was billed for Max. I submitted my card to pay the state taxes and instead, Turbo tax took their fee first without letting me know how much their fee would be. My bill should've been $120 and they charged $250.42.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
