In TurboTax Business
Click on
1) Online
2) View Installed Updates
3) Click tab- Detailed Update History
4) Click on Send Diagnostic Information
Fill out everything in detail. Not only will this help be able to see your issue but what the software and your system is doing at the time this error occurred. (screenshot attached)
