I selected the Instant refund and I keep getting this Sorry for inconvenience but unable to verify because credit karma member info needs to match primary tax payer info.

So I am trying to figure out what this is in reference to because my info is the same dang name and address. I know this because I am the primary tax payer and credit karma member. Wtf

I pay all the mortgage on my mother's home who qualifies as my dependent. That mortgage is in both our names, so I am legally liable for it. Do I list that as a primary home even though I have my own home and will be deducting that or do I select other?
