I scheduled my state tax to be taken from my account in april, but i am ready to pay it now. is it possible to pay early?

NO - Even if you make a payment on the state website, the debit that you scheduled on your return will still be taken out, resulting in a double payment.

I did indicate a date, i just want to change the date to a sooner date

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your payment date in Turbo Tax once you filed your return and it has been accepted but you can cancel it and then make other payment arrangements. You need to contact your State directly to do this.
