If you schedule a direct debit for the taxes due the debit information will be listed on the Federal Information Worksheet in Part V of the form. The same applies for the state, the scheduled direct debit information will be listed on the State Information Worksheet in Part V of the form.
Please take the steps below to obtain a complete copy of your tax return which would include all worksheets.
I have the same question as this person. However, when I pull up the Part V of my state return, it only shows estimated tax vouchers and no scheduled payment for my tax due for this year. Does this mean the payment is not actually scheduled?
Print the tax return and look at the page titled Filing Inst (Page 1). It will show if the payment was scheduled or not. The filing instructions page gives information for both the federal and state returns you filed. In the example below, the taxpayer indicated she would pay by check. But if you scheduled a debit, it will show that info instead. Estimated payment information can be found on page 2 of the instructions, but TurboTax does not schedule those payments. We will include the estimated tax vouchers for next year, but the only amount TurboTax schedules a debit for is your current year (2021) tax liability.
