The only options when creating a 109-G in turbo tax are: Taxable grant, agricultural program payment, market gain on CCC loans, reemployment trade adjustment assistance (RTAA) payment, and business or farm tax refund.

There are 3 different 1099-G entry options in TurboTax; you went to general government payments instead of unemployment/paid family leave.

Delete that 1099-G that you started and then re-enter it using the instructions linked here. It has its own entry line separate from other types of 1099-Gs.
