I received form 3531 from the IRS. ( top right box ) N is checked off, with Box 1, and 4 checked off. What do i need to do?

The 8879 was not to be mailed in when you mail in a return ... it is only used by paid tax pros when filing a tax return ... keep it for your records since that is why the paid tax pro gave you the copy.
