I am receiving same error for schedule c and I live in maryland.  I checked the availability of forms for maryland and they all say available for efile, so I am confused.  Why am I getting this message?  Can someone please help?

I was able to efile my federal separate from my state, so I'm just waiting to be able to file my state.  Been waiting since 2/7/22.

This is some sort of glitch.  The federal forms are available.  When can this be fixed for MD since the system wont let me efile federal even though I click to file state return by mail.  Keeps looping me through.

Agree. I filed my Federal income tax this morning. And the MD state is stuck just as you said. I am not sure if customer support even monitors this forum

I was able to check just the federal and tell it I would file the state at a later date. THat allowed me to file my federal just fine. I got an "accepted" from the Feds within an hour of it
