I received a notification that my employer had uploaded W-2s, and the information was available to import. It only imported EIN and company name. No numbers. Sprouts FM??

Employer uploaded W-2s. TurboTax said they're available to import. I tried importing the info. The only things it imported were employer name and EIN. No numbers - at all.
Help?

My employer is (WAS) Sprouts FM, LLC?
Anyone else having trouble importing W-2s from them?
As I no longer work there, I'd really rather avoid driving there just for a paper copy of the form, which they would probably have to order through HR, anyway.

Yes, if the import isn't working for you, you will need to get a copy of the W-2 from your former employer. If going over there is a problem, you can ask them to mail it to you.
