I received a 1099-INT for a co-owned mortgage that shows my name but not my TIN. Do I need to file it?

Yes, you still need to report the interest income shown on the 1099-INT, even if your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) is not listed. The IRS requires you to report all taxable interest income, regardless of whether your TIN is included on the form.
