I really need help. They keep telling me to give my ohio tax return, but everything I fix my address they won't accept it. Please help.

If your Ohio state return is giving an error to correct your address. The information flows from the federal into the state forms so the correction has to take place in the federal form.  The address is entered in your federal return under the Personal Info tab or My Info on the left menu.  If this does not resolve the error, deleting the state form and recreating it from the federal form should solve the problem.  If it is a different error message, please tell us on which screen it happens and what it says, so we may better assist. 

1. Click on My Info
2. Check Edit beside your name and be sure you have the correct state entered as your resident state
3. Select Continue and then when back on the main Personal info summary screen
4. Click on Edit beside your address
5. Make sure it is correct and that there are no stray characters or spaces at the beginning or end of the entries
6. Select Done and Continue to save the information and 
7. Review your State Return again to see if the error clears.
