I purchased TurboTax deluxe with 5 efilings and 1 state download. Can I prepare and print multiple state returns but just not efile ? I purchased the CD/Download

Yes.  Actually what you get is one free state program download to prepare unlimited state returns.  Then each state efile (including the first one) is 19.99 to efile.  Goes up to 24.99 later.  Or you can print and mail state for free.
