I purchased Turbo tax deluxe from Staples and received an email however when I log into Turbo tax I cant figure out how to download it. Any advice?

I purchased Turbo tax deluxe from Staples and received an email however when I log into Turbo tax I cant figure out how to download it. Any advice?

Refer to the TurboTax Help articles Troubleshoot TurboTax for Windows downloading issues and Troubleshoot installation and running TurboTax for Windows to see if there are any helpful actions you haven’t tried yet.

you should have gotten a second email from Staples shortly after the purchase with a link to download it which should take you straight to a download once you put in your intuit login, will ask for license key etc
