There is a desktop download version called Premier. The one called Premium is online software. What did you pay for? Did you purchase and download Premier? If so, you are allowed to download the desktop Premier to up to five computers owned by you.

How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?
For TurboTax CD/Download purchases, once you’ve received an order confirmation for your purchase, follow these instructions to download your TurboTax software:
- Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
- On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
- Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it

- Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file
