I purchased the 2017 intuit turbotax home and bussines can I use it for 2018?

No ... each tax year requires it's own program ... they cannot be reused or upgraded.

Current-year TurboTax software can be purchased at:

You can shop around ... at this time of the year it is cheaper to NOT buy directly from TT directly but be careful ...  Be very aware that if you find a "too good to be true price" from an unknown seller then it is too good to be true ... unauthorized resellers often sell pirated versions that can contain malware &/or spyware among other things. Caveat Emptor… let the buyer beware.
