If you purchased desktop software from a retailer then why are you posting from online software? It looks like instead of opening up the program you installed to your own computer, you "logged in" to online TurboTax. You do not "log in" to desktop software. If you accidentally used online software that is why it is asking you to pay. Call customer support to sort this out.
