I purchased Intuit 2019 for download to my Mac. How do I do that?

The 2019 software has not been released yet.  Probably sometime in November or December.

Sorry 2019 is not available yet.  It doesn't come out until November.  They are currently still selling 2018.  Do you mean 2019 for next year's taxes?  You might have bought 2018.  If you don't need 2018 you need a refund.

Or are you on the Advantage auto renew plan?  They haven't charged for that yet until November.

If you are NOT on the ADVANTAGE membership then YOU need to check for availability yourself ... you can buy the download direct from TT or from an authorized dealer ...

I purchased Intuit 2019 for download to my Mac.

Intuit is the name of the company that produces numerous products. The two most prevelant are TurboTax and Quickbooks. All posts above assume you are referring to TurboTax 2019. (There is no such "program" called "intuit".)

It does not download yet, the 2019.  Can you inform me on what date it will. ALSO, GIVE ME YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.  IT IS SO CUMERSOME FOR ME TO GET THIS INFORMATION FROM THE COMPUTER.

New this year …. You get a code to install the CD which will also let you download the program so you don't need to call in anymore if you don't have a CD drive.

And, if using a Windows computer...you can't download it using IE11  (no download button).  Use either the EDGE or Chrome browsers.
