I posted federal and state taxes on turbo tax. Does this mean that my local taxes are done? Or do I need to file them separately?

When you file with turbo Tax you have the option of filing your state taxes along with your Federal Taxes. This is a two step process so be sure you filed both. If you are obligated to file a county of city tax in addition to state and federal you will need to do that outside of Turbo Tax.
